The truth is though that there are limits!

I tend to meet two main types of clients.  The type like you mentioned who are &quot;on social media&quot;, but with no real plan or reason - some of which are putting considerable resources and time into their efforts.

The second type are the ones that refuse to get involved with &quot;that nonsense&quot; because they see no relevance to it / are technophobic / don&#039;t think it is any good for their business.

The third type are the ones that have set objectives.

Guess which ones get something out of social media?

&quot;To plan without action is futile.  To take action without planning is fatal!&quot;  - no idea who said it -
