LOL Steph, unfortunately no one is. Meditation is a great way to declutter, but yeah you need to do it regularly to stay in touch :o)

This is the reason I practice meditation.

Yeah I know that. Doesn’t sound weird at all. I already tried that =) but it doesn’t work too well for me, it just helps me concentrate on only one thing instead of dozens ^^

Sun, it’s not that easy at first, but once you get it - it’s great. When I first started, I found that humming in your head helps clear all other thought - sounds weird I know - but it’s like if your brain is busy with “hmmmmmmm” it can’t wonder off somewhere else - LOL.

Richard - this is really good for in bed just before going to sleep - especially if you can’t let go of the day’s happenings.
