@Tricia - I'm so glad you did join all of us for the LondonSEO part of the event! It was a fantastic evening and one I'm sure both of us will remember and be reminded of for a long time.

@g1smd - I can't believe anyone would rate that place badly after the two great experiences I've had there so far - once for lunch, once for dinner. Makes me want to eat Thai more often! There are some great photos on Flickr too!

@Joff - There's tons of information up online covering the sessions. You should check them out. I think Search Engine Land gives a summary of sessions for each day that have been blogged.

Great summary, this is the kind of stuff that us non-attendee's want to know. Maybe next year I'll stump up the grand and get myself a ticket too!

I thought the Thai meal was great, and am amazed that several review sites have a few shockingly bad reviews of the place, intermingled with some good reviews. I have to wonder which reviews were written by competitiors...

I missed the site clinic session with Dave Naylor this year, but did catch the other one. I always enjoy those, and think they should be better attended as there are some invaluable tips that should be more widely known.

I thought Day 2 and 3 were much better than Day 1, but I guess that would be influenced by exactly which sessions you attended. A couple that I looked in on, on Day 1, were a little too "pitchy" for my liking, and I heard a couple of other people say the same.

Overall it was a great three days - and nights. The LondonSEO night needed a bit more space; that pub gets a bit too crowded. We need an advance group to clear out the pub next time!

There's loads of pictures on flickr - tagged with "SES London 2008" in order to make the easy to find.

Hope you're getting over your cold now. That's never fun.

Ah, wishing I could have attended - sounds like would have been most helpful for a new little bunny such as myself.

Although very glad you convinced me to go along to the pissup ;)
