Bio:

Julie has been working in the field of IT since 2000. Her technical background is in programming C++, asp, Java, and Cold Fusion with the occasional bit of minor database work. Amazingly, she’s never written php, only modified it. She switched to search engine marketing in 2002, soon became head of search, and managed that team for a small IT firm for 3 years before quitting to start her own agency, Link Fish Media, Inc., with her husband, Jay Young.

At Link Fish, she currently manages a staff of 18, focusing on working with clients in ultra-competitive niches all over the world. She oversees the business in general and conducts the social media campaigns for the agency. She still manages clients through Stroud, a minor company that she formed with Jay in order to provide PPC and on-page SEO services to a few small local clients.
